ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Prune Beauty, operating the website https://www.prune-beauty.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), with non-professional buyers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) wishing to purchase the products offered for sale on the website.
The main characteristics of the Products, including in particular their specifications, photographs and indications regarding dimensions or capacity, are presented on the website https://www.prune-beauty.com.
The Customer is required to review this information prior to placing any order.
The selection and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at any time on the website and shall prevail over any other document.
The Customer declares having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale by ticking the corresponding box before completing the online order process.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale are vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics, distributed by Prune Beauty and sourced from various partner brands.
Each Product is described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, in the event of errors or omissions, the Seller shall not be held liable.
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
Products are supplied at the prices in force as displayed on the website at the time the order is recorded by the Seller. Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Any delivery costs are indicated before order validation and are charged in addition.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, Products shall be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDERS
It is the Customer’s responsibility to select on the website the Products they wish to order.
After completing the shopping cart, the Customer validates the order after having read and accepted these T&Cs.
The sale shall only be considered final after:
- the Seller has sent the Customer an email confirming acceptance of the order; and
- full payment of the price has been received by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of non-payment, an incorrect address, or a prior dispute with the Customer.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
The price is payable in full at the time the order is placed by the Customer.
The payment methods accepted on the website are:
• credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
• PayPal,
• any other payment methods that may be indicated on the website.
Payments are secured using SSL encryption.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered within Europe to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.
Indicative delivery times:
- France: 2 to 3 business days;
- European Union: 4 to 10 business days.
In the event of a shipping delay, the Seller will inform the Customer by email.
If a parcel is damaged, the Customer must make precise reservations with the carrier and notify the Seller immediately.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Products to exercise their right of withdrawal with the Seller, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition (Products unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging).
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products.
ARTICLE 9 – SELLER’S LIABILITY
The Products sold on the website https://www.prune-beauty.com comply with the regulations in force in France and benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code);
- the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
The Seller collects personal data relating to the Customer for the purpose of managing orders and commercial relationships.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, object to and delete their personal data by contacting: contact@prune-beauty.com.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW / DISPUTES
These T&Cs and the transactions arising therefrom are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service in order to seek an amicable solution.
Failing agreement, the Customer may refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator or to the French courts.
